Fairgrounds and Recreational Complex

Animal Boarding

Any organization, individual or group will be permitted to use the Complex on a first come, first serve basis.

RESERVATIONS:

The Complex may be reserved for an event up to one (1) year in advance of the date of the event. The full amount of the damage deposit shall be paid at the time of reservation. The full amount of the rental fee shall be paid at least two (2) weeks before the scheduled event date. Any reservations made less than two weeks from the event shall pay the full amount of the damage deposit and the rental fee at the time of booking. For non-profit organizations, service organizations or clubs who commit to multiple rentals within a one-year period, the Board will grant a reduction in the normal rental amount when the total rental amount is paid in advance. Any qualifying entity that desires multiple rentals should schedule a meeting with the Board through the Commissioner's office to discuss their proposal for such multiple rentals. Realizing that any such multiple bookings at a reduced rate may be bumped or rescheduled in the event that another person or entity desires the use of the entire facility for a large event.
